1. Refund Policy:

- Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees may be specified as non-refundable in the service contract.
- Request Process: Clients must submit a written refund request with supporting documentation.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 60 to 90 business days of approval.
- Exceptions: Special cases will be evaluated individually.
2. Terms and Conditions:
- Services Provided: PraisePoint Relocation International provides services related to South African permits, international job placement, relocation assistance, etc.
- Fees and Payment Terms: Fees and payment terms will be outlined in the service contract agreement provided to the client.
- Document Submission: Clients are responsible for submitting all required documents and information accurately and promptly.
- Service Delivery Timeline: Estimated service processing times will be communicated upon consultation and stated in the service contract agreement.
- Liability and Indemnification: PraisePoint Relocation International limits its liability as outlined in the service agreement and includes indemnification.
- Confidentiality: Client information will be handled by confidentiality and data protection measures.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as outlined in the service agreement, within the company officials or company lawyers.
3. Client Responsibilities:
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate information and documentation as required for permit applications, job placement, visa applications, etc.
- Compliance: Non-compliance with requirements or delays caused by the client may impact the service delivery timeline or eligibility for refunds.
4. Company’s Rights:
- Refusal of Service: PraisePoint Relocation International reserves the right to refuse service, cancel agreements, or change terms and conditions under certain circumstances.
- Liability Limitations: The Company may not be liable for delays or outcomes beyond its control, as outlined in the service agreement.
- Process Starts Upon Deposit: All services and processes will commence only after receipt of the initial deposit.
